Wallets beware. This company does not honor cancelation policies, who knows if they honor their other contracts and guarantees. The technician was good, but you PAY for their services. We were charged more than double what industry standards quote. This ...was more than a mortgage payment, for reference. We called less than 24 hours after installation to cancel and have the water heater removed; this is in accordance to their cancelation policy. Luis was very professional and did a great job of installing our new water heater. He arrived early and saved us from going without hot water for the weekend. This was a Friday the 13rh nightmare.
